BFG Geforce 7600 GS OC driver problems

I've just purchased a new BFG Geforce 7600 GS OC graphics card, installed it into my PC and installed the latest Nvidia drivers. I removed all traces of the old ATI drivers before I did this. When I install the new drivers I get graphical glitches all over the screen, blocks of colour, strange pixels, etc. I have tried lots of different drivers but get the same result. Please can anyone advise me on how to make this card work or I will have to return it. Is the problem because it has been overclocked by BFG? This is my first BFG card and I cant understand why none of the drivers work? When I remove the drivers and use the Windows drivers it has no glitches at all, yet as soon as I install nvidia drivers there are lots of graphical errors. I cannot work out why its doing it?

Sounds like it's been overclocked too much. I'd say contact BFG about it and consult them.

I have exactly the same problem with my XFX 7600gs
not sure that its majorly overclocked tho.
I RMA'd the same card previously cos it was f***ed and the replacement isnt much better. will probs buy an ati card if i cant get this problem sorted.

In the end I took my BFG 7600GS and my PC to a PC repair shop. They tested the card in another PC and got the same results. I am returning the card now as I fear a replacement will do the same thing. Going to get a Asus 7600GT instead.
