I currently have a bit of a rubbish pc spec
Athlon 2200
Radeon 9600
1gb ram
80gb hdd
Now, I am not really vlued up on hardware, but do know that I would like to get a new gfx card, but have been advised I would be best with a new cpu, mobo, and gfx card bundle. However I only have about £80-£100 to spend (but the cheaper the better), so I think I may just go for a new agp gfx card
My main use for the pc is online gaming.
Any help, and advice is much appreciated.
Thanks

Would this be a good investment, even as stop gap ??

You could do with a totally new system upgrade to be honest, but not really possible at <£100 (you wouldn't really see any gains at all with that one on ebay) so you would probably best just upgrading your graphics card, something in the ATI Radeon x800 series or nvidia Geforce 6800 series

Agreed spend you money on a Gfx card and you could try some more memory - take it up to 2Gb
I'm guessing your system is AGP ? Something like this (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=402366) or this (http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/ProductInfo.asp?WebProductID=443220)
You wont get a decent bundle for < £100 sadly which would make much difference to performance. ( see http://scan.co.uk/mixit/ )
Even the Intel Celeron D 326 2.53GHz Retail / Asus P5VD1-X / 512MB Geil PC3200 Overclockers UK bundle is £111.54 Including VAT and that's without a Gfx card.
Save up your pennies and look at the Computer for sale thread on here and look out for the bits coming up for sale or one of the systems being sold by those upgrading to Core 2 Duo.
