Hi guys, i just got my new 30" dell at a steal of a price (150.000 yen, or 750 quid)

I managed to set it up alright, and the desktop and any other regular app like internet explorer work just fine.

However, games dont work properly.

When ever i try to load a game, any game, i sometimes get this:

Ive tried changing settings in the graphics driver (nvidia) but cant get rid of this.

This all started since i changed the monitor today. Today I also installed the latest Nvidia driver. (91.47)
Should I try an older driver? or am I missing some setting here?

One other thig, if I press ctrl-Alt-Del, the game will minimize to the task bar, and if I click on it to bring it back up it usually corrects itself and I can play normaly again.
Its a solution, but only temporary.

If anyone has any ideas as to what might be causing this please let me know!
Thanks. :)

Are you forcing a refresh rate? If you are, don't. If you aren't, try it.

Thanks for the reply.

I think I may have found the problem. I let the new driver over clock my GPU/memory and I think it over clocked the memory to much. I turned the clock settings back to default and everything seems to be ok now!

I think its best to do it manually...:suicide:
