:thumbsup: I was thinking of buying a Panasonic DRM-EX75 DVD Recorder from www.totaldigital.biz.
Has anyone else used this company, and if so, how did the purchase turn out?

I'm wondering if anyone has had good or bad experiences dealing with the folks

I searched the merchant ratings (http://avforums.pgpartner.co.uk/rating_summary.php) but found no info so I'd appreciate feedback before I buy from them. Thanks for your help.

i've bought a couple of things from them, including my 42" plasma.
Delievry was quick, no problems on the way.
I'd say they have been pretty good.

I bought a Pioneer 696 from Totaldigital.biz last week.
Ordered on Saturday, arrived as promised on Tuesday.
No problems.

well, for every few favourable recommendation there will be a bad recommendation. Mod Edit
i ordered a £181 surround sound system (sony htss1100) from them on wednesday as it said on their website they had stock. my order was still pending on friday so i called them up and asked if they had stock and they advised they were getting some in "today". i just had an email from them cancelling the order as they have no stock. i also just checked their website and its still showing as IN STOCK and the price is now £195.
will obviously be reporting them to trading standards in the morning. not that they'll do anything about it but bear my experience in mind if you decide to buy from this company.

I ordered a Panasonic camcorder on Monday 5 May 2008 and was as late as 8 May promised delivery on the following day.
When I opened my e-mail the same evening the order had been canceled because it was out of stock.
Apologetic e-mail does not make it possible to film my friend's birthday in the weekend.
The product Panasonic NVGS330is still showing as in stock
