Heist - R1 or R2 ?

Just wondered peoples opinions about the film Heist ? And which is transfer is better - R1 or R2 ?

I'd go with which ever you can get for the least amount of money - both transfers are pretty much identical

The film was nothing special. Hackman gave his usual solid performance, but personally I thought the ending got a bit silly with double, treble, even quadruple crosses going on all over the place.....
