WD Raptor - 8MB or 16MB

Im thinking of a RAID WD raptor hard disk system.

Im wondering how much diff to performance the 8MB cache model is to the 16MB.

If you already have a WD raptor just get the same one as you have, if not it's much cheaper to but the 150GB version which has 16MB cache as standard...you can get one from overclockers.co.uk for £180 while the 74GB is £113..no need for RAID...
