HI,

Sadly, you have been slightly misinformed. The "official" statement from J. Michael Strazynski and Warner Bros is this:

- B5 will be released in Season-by-Season boxed sets on DVD.
- Each DVD should contain three or four episodes per disc.
- No specific date has been set, though Warners are AIMING for Autumn 2002 for the USA.
- No other Regional release has even been considered at this time!
- JMS is working on the extras and audio commentaries.
- He is also personally sorting out the subtitling as well, to make sure of absolute accuracy in names, places, and that kind of thing.
- Until another announcement is made, by Warners AND JMS together, all other announcements are purely speculative.

Hope this helps.

JMS is quoted elsewhere stating that the US will see a release this Fall. He makes a point of saying he is the first to confirm it's for real. All in all I'd say it'll happen for a Christmas shid sching cash in.
