Windows Vista - AVI

Hi there,

Been running Vista Beta 2 for about a month now, and have only noticed that I can't play any AVI files and some WMV files - I get sound, but no video!!

Tried the usual DivX codecs etc, with no luck.

Any suggestions?

How about installing Vlc Media Player - seems to work just about everywhere...

And if that doesn't work, try just the xVid codec with no others installed... xVid decodes DivX, FFDshow, etc.
