Which is the best company for transporting things such as dvd players, speakers, amp,s etc....I dont fancy Parcel force, wouldnt mind things getting there in one piece! Most of the courier companies i phoned only dealt with buisness packages.
Has anyone had good experiences with one particular firm? What sort of money is good value?(I,m looking to send something from the south coast to Glasgow)....Thanks

Ive used citylink several times, without a problem. I think the cost was about £15 for a parcel less than 10Kg, with next day before 12 delivery

I get a lot of things delivered and picked up by couriers. Personal favourite is Initial Citylink quick, friendly, efficient and the cheapest of the 'big names'

I think the head office is in Guildford, so fairly local. But I don't think it matters. The service is what counts. They use their own transport (at least delivering/collecting from here) and I've never had a problem with them. (Unlike many of the others.....)
