Netgear MP101 Digital Audio Output

Hi Guys,
does anyone out there know of any mods for the netgear mp101 that would give a conventional SPDIF output to feed my Denon AVR3300? Otherwise it's gonna be an upgrade...

I wouldn't have thought so, it would be quite a major upgrade for a cheap player like the netgear and the upgrade alone would probably cost more than the netgear!

If you want something similar, the Terratec Noxon 2 has a digital output and it pretty similar.

Otherwise the Roku and Squeezebox both have digital output and are in the next league up in terms of sound quality etc.

Cheers for the reply. I wasn't thinking of anything too excessive. I was wondering if ther there might be points on the main board where I could take lines out of to tap into the digital signal - similar in fashion to the hack available for the Hauppauge MVP.
