help needed - what motherboard should i get, needs to be viiv/vista ult compatible

hi all im gonna build a new htpc and im getting confused on what to buy and what does what, it needs to be windows vista ultimate / viiv ready for when realesed, i will get intel d.core 2 2.4 e6600 cpu and i have brought an nvidea 7600gt off these forums, case will be silverstone lc16m, i will also fit 6 x hard drives and most likey use my sony dvd writer for it, (will change for blu ray/hd dvd drive when available).

basically i need a good mobo with onboard sound 7.1+, must be d.core 2 compatible and accomodate my 6 x hard drives - can anyone help???

at the moment i have a gigabyte ga81955x royal which is good but i just want to get the best future ready board out there and i know you guys are the experts
