Is the A22 useable on 115V?

I'd be grateful if anyone can clear up a simple point. I'm selling an A22 DAVE and I've been asked whether it can be used on 115V/230V. I'm guessing that it can't but the manual does mention both voltages in the specs sheet so for all I know there may be a simple internal switch. Can anyone confirm this point?

If there is a switch it will be on the rear panel of the unit right beside the mains input.
