I have sold and traded on these forums many times but only in small amounts! now I am planning on selling the entire collection of r1 dvds (with the exception of 1 or 2 faves! ;) ) the nightmare is there are about 500+ to sell and it's going to take forever to type in the whole lot! i have dvdprofiler and have started adding them in but its taking forever and even once done I havent figured a way of transferring/ pasting info in profiler. even then if this is done, i wouldnt have a clue of the value of the dvds! I know i could start a small list on the dvd sales section and add to it but its going to take a while to do that and i dont have that kind of time. (looking to pay for sony 50 inch tv before november:grin: )
please help if possible cos i really dont have the energy or patience to type each dvd in one by one.....

any advice most welcome....

:lease:

Check on the intervocative forum, but I'm fairly certain that you can save your Db as an Excel spreadsheet. Not sure how to though.

/\edit/\ on a side note is Asoka any good?

Get a very cheap barcode scanner.

Takes a few seconds to scan each disc into DVDProfiler.

Yup, under the "file" menu there is an export profiler database option, and you can then select the fields you want to export , say "title" only to a csv file.

Glad I wasn't imagining things.:)
