I have a laptop with win 2000 which I will be taking to france to keep the kids entertained en route. Rather than cart around 10-20 dvd's I've thought about copying them onto my laptop.
I'm new to this side of things and have no idea what software I need for this.
Is there any freeware that can be used?
Also, how much disk space will an average 2 hr movie take? I will be wiping them once I return.
