MP3 editing software......

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good piece of software which can split MP3's down at a millisecond level.

Reason I ask is because I've got a lot of music on mini disc which I've been able to split nicely on my Sony mini disc hi-fi, it has a good divide function which allows you to split files to the millisecond and this is great for chopping up MP3's which contain DJ mixes.

Also just to say I've got a HD5 which I've had for around a year, still happy with it, the sound quality and battery life are it's plus points.
