Colouring in Boxes in WORD XP...

Simple question, can't seem to figure it out.

Done it before, but can't find it now:

How do I colour in these boxes so it has a colour or picture background?

Right click on the box

left click borders and shading

click the shading tab

chose the colour you want

click o.k.
