Sky by Broadband - New install won't connect

I've done a clean install of my MCE machine, and now Sky by Broadband is telling me I can't connect because only one user is allowed. Is there some setting I need to change in my profile or do I really NEED to get them rung?

I also get the following error when i try to run SBB :(
