Hi,

I am having some problems with Theatertek. I have put together a "Greatest Hits" or a Montage using Shrink. Everything appears ok in Video_TS folder. However when using Theatertek it plays the first "clip" ok then Theatertek stops runing, and won't play the rest. I have tried the same thing in Power DVD and all works ok, which suggests that the folder is in tact, and that there is a problem with TT.

It's not the end of the world as I can use Power DVD. But I would like to use my default player...TT.

Any one have any ideas why TT keeps tripping up?

Regards

Darren

To be frank - TT is not as robust as PowerDVD.

I use TT for the picture quality but like you have created some DVDs and backed up some DVDs using DVDshrink but TT isn't always happy with them. Whereas Nero SHowtime & PDVD are perfectly happy.

It's not something I've done personally, but I think you'll need to create a playlist.plt file and point this at your .vob files collection in your video_ts folder...(use notepad to edit the file) then set TT to be the default player for .plt files and away you go (in theory at least, I could have missed a few vital steps somewhere along the way...)

A forum search on 'TT' and 'playlist' should provide the answer, I'm sure I've seen the same question asked before.. :)

Hi,

Cheers guys. Thankyou for the replies. I ripped files to disc, then ripped em' back in the hope it would work....it didn't.

I therefore conclude......I give up!!!!!
