Words of warning.

Having now had 2 cartridges very badly leak on me which were bought from
INK CYCLE , this is to warn others that they would best served to give
INK CYCLE a miss when purchasing their Cartridges.

The last leak was such that it was almost a burst , damaging my printer to the point of beyond repair and also damaging carpets and clothing when it all oozed out of the printer.

Absolutely disastrous and all INKCYCLE were prepared to do was to replace the cartridge , would you believe !! They could not give a fig about the collateral damage and just did not want to know.

So if you don't want to suffer the same painful and costly experience....
....... DO NOT BUY FROM INK CYCLE !

Thanks guys for your replies.

To be honest and after going thru all the "Whoo - ha " with Inkcycle , I just could not face another lot of proof gathering with anyone else and decided to bear the couple of hundred quid costs myself and put it down to bad luck and having the misfortune of dealing with a "tuppeny-apeney" and third rate outfit like Inkcycle.
I am looking into the House Insurance thing and weighing up the pro's of making a claim , against the con's of Excess's and No claim bonus , but that may be apossibility.

Thanks again to you both.

I would like to close this Post with a retraction.

I over re-acted to the leak, only because as a pensioner I could ill-afford a new printer.

I withdraw my advice to buy cartridges elsewhere. Before this leak Inkcycle gave me good service. Perhaps one in a thousand cartridges do go wrong and I was unlucky.

I bear no ill-will to Inkcycle. They have a policy which they are entitled to use and as I said , it was my bad luck on the day.

Thankyou for all your advice.
