There is an interesting article over at CDR Info (http://www.cdrinfo.com/Sections/News/Details.aspx?NewsId=17598) on BluRay's Copy Protection system. Of particular note are the comments relating to BD+ which is, as we have been led to believe, where the Region Coding will be implemented.

Very Interesting.
But the article makes no mention of regional coding in connection with BD+ or otherwise.
How have we been "lead to believe" that regional coding will be implimented via BD+ (which would be bad) and not in the player's firmware (which at least gives some hope) ?
