Home setup suggestions please

Hi guys,

Im about to move into a new flat and I have all this gear that I would like to make the best of:

- Sky+
- XP64 desktop pc (would like to change (down?) to MCE - needs TV card, suggestions?)
- New laptop (already MCE)
- Sony Surround sound system
- XBMC system
- X360
- 37" LCD
- Benq projector

Now, what I was thinking was use the XP64 box as an MCE instead and link the Sky plus into it so that it becomes my "hub". Whats the best way to do this? Use it from the VCR slot of the Sky plus box?

The aim is so that the laptop or the x360 can be used to watch tv in the bedroom for example or use the laptop in the garden for music e.t.c.

Finaly, has XBMC been modded yet to use MCE properly? If not, is there any use for this box as the laptop will do divx etc anyway?

Thanks for what could be a very lengthy answer!!

P.s. Its all over a wifi network.
