ok so we currently,
AFAIK, have a basic rooftop high gain aerial which then goes to an unidentifed red box on the outside of my house (see first pic) this has two outputs.
The first output goes into the lounge where it passes through a mains powered white box (pic 2, fixed to the skirting board) the output from this then goes into the ant-in as normal on our sky digital box (the sky install is all seperate from the aerial installation).
As for the other output, i'm told it goes into the loft-space where it is split 3-ways (not sure of method, havent had a chance to investigate yet) to feed a signal to the three bedrooms.
At a guess i would say the installation is at least 6-8 years old.
Would anyone like to have a go at identifying the pics, i was guessing at either:
a 2-way masthead amp and it's power supply
--or--
a 2-way splitter and a single set booster/amplifier
