URC Learning mode problems

I've just done a search but I can't find any relevant posts.

Does anyone know if there is a workaround in learning mode when a universal remote won't accept the signal from the original remote? I've resurrected a Kameleon 8 in 1 (US model URC9960) to work all my bits and pieces, and after a call to the USA last night to download the codes, I've cracked nearly everything. I've had to input the Hyundai Q321 LCD TV functions via the learning system, because they don't yet have a code for this set. However, it refuses to accept the "source" signal, which is somewhat fundamental to using it even at a basic level in place of the original! In addition, or maybe because of this, I can't get the up / down source selection to be accepted either. I can obviously call the States again, but I thought I'd try to avoid a costly call first with a post here.
Cheers

Edit: helps if you read the manual thoroughly....... D'oh!......Remote can only handle up to 25 learnt commands, and I think it just ran out of space. Removed some less esential commands, and got the "missing" ones installed.
