May have to purchase this film as it looks pretty good with a great cast.

Didnt relise this had be out in the uk, only just been out in the US, got good review from rottentomatoes.

Has anyone seen, is it any good?

Watched this at the weekend & I have to say I was pretty impressed.

Not quite as gory as Movietyme had me to believe but still gruesome enough in parts.

Pretty good performances from all the cast but most notably Guy Pearce & Ray Winstone.
Emily Watson was also suprisingly good & didnt look to out of place admist the violence & gritty setting which I thought she might do

All in all a good movie & has very much awakened my interest in westerns...off to waste some money on some more now in the HMV sale :grin: :grin:

I rented it about 5 weeks ago in R1 and must say that I too thought it was excellent.

Very dark, gritty, violent etc.

Ray Winstone is superb as usualand Guy Pearce is very good as well.

Definitely worth a watch.

I can also say it is a superb western. :thumbsup: Gritty as hell and all the better for it.
