Sagem 56 at Empire Direct

http://www.empiredirect.co.uk/conten...make~Sagem.htm

now only 1199 quid, good grief this is now very cheap.

uuuuummm, it's half the price of the SXRD

I used to dislike the looks of the Sagems, now they look quite cool.

i'll think seriously about this, if i'm still interested i'll try and buy it thursday afternoon.

it's now too cheap to resist, the SXRD can wait (or whatever else is around) for another year or so, i'll think about it

ok i've gone ahead and brought it just now, but it all depends on the credit refrence from their finance company

if that fails i'll buy it cash, it might be 1199 quid but i also have to pay 25 or so quid for the transport, this comes with a years full service cover warranty and it's most likely to break down in the first year anyway.

they've got 70 of them in stock so no worries there!

with regards to the SXRD, well it's too expensive isn't it and it'll only be about 5 to 10% better than the Sagem 56, but they're asking twice as much!!!

and that JVC is nowhere near as good as the Sagem 56; which is as good as the Sammy SP50L7....but this DLP is still 1500 to 1600 quid and 6 inches smaller too

no, the only thing better than the Sagem is the SXRD, but it's not 100% better, therefore does not justify a 2200 pound price tag

The Sagem 56" may have dropped in price, but I'm sure they have raised the price of the SP50L6HDX?
Can anyone confirm this?

Got mine last week with a coupon for the lower price. Delivery blokes were arrogant rude sods but the TV made up for it. It looks the dogs danglies in my bay

Cheers

* SCART x 3 (RGB/S-video/composite)
* S-Video x2
* Composite + Audio (RCA) x2
* Component + Audio (RCA)
* Hifi output (RCA)
* SPDIF in/out (RCA)
* DVI-D (HDCP compatible)
* PC Analogue

help me guys please

which is the best for top quality HD input through a Denon 1920 DVD, i dont understand any of these inputs

OK, so i can use a DVI to HDMI adaptor cable from QED, i'm surprised this tv doesn't have an HDMI input, never mind.

this means i can buy the DENON 1920
