3 Finger fred sort pj bracket out

Hi guys after a good talk with Chris Frost today once again Chris words of wisdom won the day ty Chris

Im now looking at seeing my mate fred to build me another bracket that will fit new PJ so as i can bolt to my back wall and hang there just right

The bracket will look like an L shape ladder the 2 bits of 2ft with 19inches in between bolted onto back wall then welded to that 30.36inch of uni strut with the same 19inches in between welded from the front bit of uni strut going up to the top bit bolted to wall a bit either side so it looks like a double sided a frame also from the front top bit of uni strut going to ceiling to bits of 10mm threaded bar going for extra support of pj.mike

the two vertical unistrut bars that fix to the back wall need to be long.....

This is so the fixings can spread the weight of the PJ on the long arm up the wall.

If the long arm is 30 inches long, then I would suggest that the wall vertical is longer than the 24 inches suggested, in fact longer than the 30 inches......

I cant do the structural maths so cant work out the correct size and fixing distances.

A local "City Electrical Factors" will be able to supply the additional unistrut you require, ask them for "deep channel unistrut".
