Who has bought from AVWOW.COM?

hi i am thinking of buying from them and just wish to know what the customer service is like, and are they trustworthy and reliable if you have any problems? Please advise and tell me your personal experiences

Do a search m8 quite a few including me have used them.
I brought a 50" sagem from them and the service from David has been outstanding,had it replaced by avwow after 3 month because of a fan problem.
Nothing seem to much trouble for them,he even gave me his mobile number to contact him if i needed to.
Paid a few more £ then people buying from comet but well worth it with service like that.

I have also used them for my Samsung SP50 and their customer service was very good indeed.
My order was processed quickly and was delivered when I wanted it.

Hi Guys,

Bought my Sagem 50" from Dave at AVWOW last year. Top service. It's recently developed a couple of faults. Spoke to Dave 2 days ago and a replacement set was delivered this morning. Service doesn't come better than this. Mucho kudos to the man.

just ordered my Sagem 45" from avwow, and 10 mins l8r david foned to say that he was getting some in stock sooner than said, only 10 but because he valued my custom so much he would put me on the short list, wot a bloody nice bloke

Again, nothing but praise from me to David at AVWOW. Ordered my 45in Sagem on a Wednesday afternoon, got a call from David that evening to say my tv was being despatched on Thursday and it arrived on Friday! I explained to him that his reputation on this forum was becoming legendary and it seems that the list of very satisfied customers is growing.

I ordered the 50" Sagem from AVWOW today, got a phone call less than an hour after my order was sent to say I'd have my new TV by Friday. David seemed very friendly and having read the positive feedback I am sure that I should have no problems dealing with him.
