Manual for CR80

I have just bought an AVR300. The remote is a CR80. I am not keen on the remote because I find it impossible to read without glasses but thats not the query.

It says that details for programming it are in the CR80 manual, but none is supplied. Does anyone know if I can download this somewhere?

Is the manual not curled up inside the remote control box? I originally thought that no manual was supplied with my AVR300 until I had a proper look.
