Looking at getting DAB

All the music i listen to is on CD and it can get a bit repetitive listening to the same Cd's over and over again, also don't want to be buying loads of Cd's i don't want to listen to so i was considering DAB. What is the quality like from DAB, when played at above average volume will i hear distortion or should it be similar to CD? What things do i have to take into consideration when purchasing dab, availability, what equipment is best and what sort of aerial do i need.

So basically I'm wanting to know
What sort of aerial do i need
What stations will i be able to pick up
and what is a reasonably priced DAB.

If i can get a good range of stations then i might consider it, wouldn't want to spend more than around £100, as I'm saving for a car atm but don't want to get a cheap one and loose out on quality.

Cheers for any suggestions.

To be honest DAb is a load of rubbish. If you are after sound quality, you will not get it on DAB, the bit rates are too low for a start.

If you want some extra stations, then DAB is FINE, but don't expect Hi-FI quality, a decent FM signal gives you better quality.

The URL below may give you some idea of what staions you can get, because it depends on where you lice.
