ice storm paint problem.

Hi all,

i made a start on my screen.

put a 8x4 bit of platerboard on the wall.

i then sealed this using unibond sealer and left it for 2 hrs before painting and it was dry.

this left the board very smooth.

i proceeded to roll on my vynil matt icestorm 6 paint and did the 1st coat, this went on ok seems to take the paint ok but shows lots of marks, understanderbale for the 1st coat.

left that to dry overnight and did the 2nd coat today

i went over the whole board and tried to keep it rolled on in one direction

up and down

this just looked a mess and ive got anoyed with it and gone out.

does this normaly happen will it loook ok after a 3rd coat ?

how many others of you have had this problem,??

Kind Regards Sim

Stick with the VGA at that distance as DVI can be problematic over 7m+.

I'd suggest a look at the Premium VGA cables at www.lindy.co.uk

I've a horribly expensive HDMI, a DVI-I dual link and a good VGA. All running the same 10m route. And the DVI is no different to the HDMI at 6x the price. The VGA cable is fine with VGA(RGBHV), but scart-RGB is a no go, starts to break up.
