Ordered 4 dvd's and 1 dvd audio 3 days ago
they still show as pending  is this normal ???
so much for the ships in 24hrs crap !!! |

Well money certainly isn't an issue 
All the discs said ship in 24 hrs so assumed all in stock.
Will email them and see what they have to say. |

They may well be swamped with orders this week with their recent large price cuts. Every DVD forum seems to be having threads mentioning this so everyone may be trying to get things at the same time.
Normally very good service. The 24 hour stock normally arrives next day or day after (must keep in UK tut tut) but the rest normally arrives in 3 - 5 days unless a more obscure difficult to obtain title.

& had no reply by 9:55 24/4
At least give them a reasonalble time to reply.

What do you call reasonable?
Same day (during office hours)
Next day
2 days ?
I know it Took 3 days for play.com to answer an email and to me that is not reasonable. |

ordered Oceans 11 on Monday .just had an email saying its been sent...is gonna kick Play 247 into touch I think..Got Ali yesterday too ...Dont think Play will ship Ali till Later this week...

Just spoke to them on the phone.
Because this is my first order they ask the bank for confirmation which takes around 5 days.
Should have my order by the weekend.
Perhaps they should of pointed this out on there order page.
