Well here are the first few photo's to share with you lot

I have just started to get into photography and am starting with:

Arghh - more bloody ducks :grin: I like the seagull shot though. It would be improved though with the use of fill in flash. As you have a bright background and the subject is not directly lit turning the flash on would have made the bird stand out. In the meantime you could try bringing up the exposure half a stop in your editing package (or play with brightness and contrast if it's easier) just to make the subject stand out.

I went out for a smoke and found this little guy today outside my door, so I moved him (which I think upset him) and snapped this shot:
