Still going to wait for the extended DTS version though! When it comes out in August I'll rent it from blockbuster's.

Was it just me or did the Collectors Edition (the last box) say it had 5 disks.

I thought this was the Extended cut (4 disk) with the bookends but if there is an extra disk I may have to reconsider my options.

Anyone any idea what is on the 5th disk.

I'm sure I read something somewhere about a National Geographic documentary on the locations in New Zealand that I haven't seen again.

Maybe thats on it - though there would obviously need to be more than that to fill a disk

I think the fifth disk is just the National Geographic featurette unfortunately!

Statues or not, I have to say that I am still not tempted by the EIV offering, and am definitley going for R1 - they are bound to be superior.
