I`m a bit suspicious of this article. It has the smell of a rumour being picked up by a news agency (spiegel) , and then translated back into english as fact. I haven`t really heard any other sources quoted, nor seen any corroborating evidence. I hope its true, but I wouldn`t count it as fact just yet.

Well all HD-DVD titles so far released DO NOT have the ICT Flag.
Don't expect an official announcemnet on this, but I have read it on too many websites for it not to have been agreed unofficially.

It is also worth noting that now the cat is out of the bag, many will start searching for the ICT Flag enabled indicator that is required on all covers by the industry.
If they start appearing at any time, then you can expect those titles to sell very poorly. Many people who have also happily bought titles (not aware of ICT )will wonder what on earth is going on.

The longer the ICT flag is not used the harder it will be to start using it.
