Beamax M-Compact 16:9 Elec Screen instal question.

My Beamax M-Compact 16:9 Elec Screen has finaly arrived and I'm at the point of putting it up, however there are no instructions.

It was simple to figure how the brackets clip onto the screen but I have a question about fixing it to the wall.

Given the height of my room the screen will be fixed where the wall meets the roof. Should I screw the brackets into the roof as well as the wall or will the ones in the wall be enough to hold it?

Also, the screen comes with 6 long & 6 short screws and no raw-plugs. Given there is only 2 screw holes in each bracket what screws do I use?

I know these may seam like daft questions but the last thing I want if for my screen to fall down!

Anyway, thanks for any info

Glenn.

If there are no instructions supplied with the screen try emailing Beamax. They were very helpful when I was installing my screen and let me have the instructions by email in advance of the screen's arrival to make preparations.

My screen has just arrived and I have no instructions either. How did you install the screen in the end?

I managed to find some raw-plugs of the appropriate size (used the slightly shorter screws). As I was mounting it on a brick wall it was just a case of drilling the 4 holes, putting the raw-plugs in and srewing the brackets on.

Mounting the screen on the brackets is definately a 2 person job!

But if you have any other questions you can email them. They are very helpful.
