Sagem digital text.

This may be a silly question but how do you get digital text from ITV/Ch4.
With the BBC you can push the red button, but the dedicated text button on the remote seems to be looking for the analogue text service.
Have I missed something obvious?

I believe pressing the red button for digital text service is not always available on ITV. That is why it doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply.
I appreciate the red button is normally a BBC thing ... that was just to show that the TV can decode the MHEG text.
On my Topfield (and I assume most other set top boxes) by pushing the text button on ITV or Ch4 it displays the digital text, but you can't seem to be able to do the same on the Sagem.

Julian is correct. There should be a "text" button on the remote as well as the 4 coloured buttons. If the "text" button only works for analogue text, I'd advise calling Sagem Tech Support and aksing them if this can changed with a firmware update or something. Most if not all freeview receivers can get firmware upgrades from the freeview signal (no cables/ PC downloads etc).
