Alpine CHA-S634 6 MP3/CD Changer

I have just been given an Alpine CHA-S634 6 MP3/CD Changer by a friend of mine who has just up-graded to a DVD system. I currently have a Pioneer DEH-P55BT Bluetooth MP3/CD head unit. From what I can see the connector on the back of the changer is an 8 pin din connector and the connector in the back of the head unit is an IP-Bus connector.

Are there any converters out there or anyway way of connecting the two together?

I have tried search but as I am not really sure what I looking for I have not been able to find anything. Any help would be much appreciated

I'm not sure you can get adapters, though hopefully someone will prove me wrong!

I have the exact opposite problem. My car came with a pioneer system- headunit and 6CD changer and i've replaced it with an Alpine headunit and now the changer is useless!

In fact i've been looking at the Alpine CHA-S634 as a replacement as i can't find an adapter lead.

I don't expect you'd be interested in the pioneer changer i have as it's a few years old and not MP3 compatible, but let me know if you are as it's no use to me and not worth much!
