Pls help. How do I add my dvd collection to my sig?

Hi!
Can anyone pls tell me how to add my dvd collection to my sig?
i.e when you click on *dvds* in people's sig it takes you to there dvd collection.

Do you mean like this?

Go to edit you sig, and highlight the words you want to link from, then click on the hyperlink icon (Globe under the smiley) past the url in here, and click ok.

Right what you need to do is follow this step by step :

* 'Cut' the hperlink to your online profiler dvd collection - ie, cut this :
http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/Ewan154

* Go into "My Settings", then "Edit signature"

* Remove everything from your signature apart from your kit list. ie remove "DVD collection and the associated hyperlink"

* Tab down beneath your kitlist, by about a line or 2.

* Now click on the insert link icon (ie the one that looks like the world with a paper clip at the bottom)

* A box will pop up asking you to enter the url of your link, and - in the box - there will be "http:...." already populated. Delete the "http" from the box.

* Now paste your link into the box and click ok

* There will now be a link in your signature which is duplicated in blue hilight

* Delete the blue hilighted part, and in the place where this blue part was you can name the hyperlink - ie "My DVD collection".

* That's it. So you're signature will appear as your kitlist, followed by the words "My DVD collection" - this can be clicked on to link us straight to DVD profiler.





Alternatively, follow Miniholic's advice - much simpler, and - to be honest - I didn't know you could do it that easily.

It changed at the last update, when the hyperlink pop-up was amended so that you couldn't enter link text anymore. I was doing it manually until someone queried it in another thread.

Glad to see that the links are now working - you may want to change your "MY Cimena Room" one to "My Cinema room". I am not being pedantic here so please do not take offence. It's just that I would be narked off if I realised I had spelt anything wrong in my sig.
