Due to some moving around, upgrading and downsizing I have found myself with the following

Pair of B&W 603S2 floor standers
A B&W CC6 center speaker
A Rel Q100E subwoofer (has some marks on it but works great)
A Rel Quake Subwoofer
Pair of Moradunt Bipole rear speakers
A Yamaha 2400 Amp
and a Oppo Dvd player

with exception of a monitor its pretty much a complete HC system

how much do you think I should be asking

Hi Duncan....

I think your best chance for the best price is to sell the items separately,or at least be prepared to do so.

The RELs and B&Ws hold their value quite well and should fetch about 50% or more of what you paid depending on age and condition, whereas the electronics tend to lose value very fast.

A good way of judging current value is to watch the ex-dem and auction sites for a few weeks if possible and guage both interest and prices before attempting to sell.

thanks very much - i am hoping to be lucky and find someone local - would you think though that say £1200 is a good figure to ask for the lot ?

I'd have thought thats probably a fair valuation, and maybe on the lowish side, but if sold as a system, fair enough.
