d500

hi i have broken screen on mt d500 and the pc studio 3 wont let me access the phone the studio 3 software i got with my d600 is this software compatabile? is there any other way i can get the numbers off my phone?

you can prob bt it to another phone or pc but you need another d500 to know the order of button presses
why dont you get a new screen fitted? - the value of used working d500s is good enough to cover it

Think you need to install the older version of PC Studio for the D500, you can download it from the Samsung website. The D600 USB cable will work with the D500 and the older software though

Is the screen actually broken or has the ribbon cable just come loose?

If it's the latter then it's not too hard to fix yourself.
