I'm upgrading my system from an old pioneer dvd player and prologic amp. I also have a 32" Philips 100hz with 3 scarts (2RGB) and svideo in.
I'm looking for some opinions and/or information.
I've seen a Pioneer HTD-5 Home theater system in Richer Sounds.
However, I have been able to find no information or reviews other than technical details about it.
400W total, 5 disc changer, CD-R/RW, DD, DTS. And at €699 for everything including all 5 speakers and sub-woofer it looks like a good deal.
The Sony appears to have less power, is only €30 cheaper, but in it's favour seems well thought of on the web and in forums.
But I'm still curious about why I can't find any info or opinions on the Pioneer. Does anyone have one? Can anyone help?
Anything you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
