Showcentre 200 - help with serial No. please

Just bought one of these off the classifieds and there is no software disc. I have downloaded the latest software from Pinnacle but the serial No on the box isn't the correct lenght to insert into the software setup.

Can anyone enlighten me please?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but the the serial number you need is on the paper sleeve the original software disc came in.

No idea how you'd get a replacement one other than calling Pinnacle Tech Support...

Or run an alternative server other than Pinnacles - something like Swisscenter for example, that's free.
