CPU overheating when rendering.

Can anyone recomend a method of cooling for a pentium 4 cpu.
the machine is nice and quit with a new arctic cpu cooler but it still gets too hot when rendering.
I`ve looked at a Noctua but wanted to see if anyone has experience with one before I buy.
Any ideas please.

What has this got to do with HD-DVD's and blu-ray?
