View Full Version : CD WOW - DVD's WHICH REGION ?
Following recent comments re: CD WOW'S move into dvd, I attempted to order a disc which was displayed as region 1. Once my order was complete I was informed 'we are unfortunately not able to supply specific region products'.
Has anyone else come across this ? Does this mean discs are in fact not region 1

All CD WOW discs are Region 1. What were you trying to order?

Trying to order Almost Famous (Bootleg ed)- only £13.99 !
I think they are just covering themselves in the same way that they say you need a multi-region player.
The details of the dvd now state (amongst other things) the region coding.
I nearly ordered the Almost Famous BC from them but was put-off by the fact it states 2 discs. - Should be 3 including the CD.

CD wow don't just ship R1 discs, somtimes they ship from the middle east so you may get a R3 disc! However seen as Almost Famous isn't out on R3 (i think?) you will more than likley get a R1 version, with regards to the amount of discs it has the answer is three 2 DVD's and a music CD.

That really isn't a very good disclaimer, very vague. What they are saying is either that they only provide R1 discs, or that they can only provide titles in one region, whatever region that may be - as with the example Shoka gives.
As long as you have a multiregion player you're fine.
