Question Any Predictions on HD-DVD Rentals

If, say, we get HD-DVD players here in the UK Autumn time, when would we be able to access any rentals? Let's face it, if we have to buy every film we wish to watch it's going to become pretty expensive. Obviously, there may be a lot of titles we wish to own, especially if they have fantastcic pq & sound , but if it's going to cost £15 - £20 per film then to watch 4 HD movies a month will be pretty .

Any predictions on this? Maybe online rentals will be before Blockbuster stores?

This would seem like an excellent opportunity for one of the "send by post" rental companies to really cash in as soon as HD becomes a reality.

Really the extra cost of a HD-dvd is just a premimum because it's new. So I suppose that the rental companies will be able to buy them at standard rates. However it is also an excellent oppertunity for them to charge a premium... I suppose it could go eithe way.
