First photo was taken on Nikon D70 using the kit lens on tripod. It was an opportunity shot from my balcony. The second was with the Nikon in Italy just recently.

Two nice shots. The second one has a really overexposed sky but it kind of adds to it giving a good contrast to the darker doorways
