I really like these photo's...how many do you take in order to get the perfect one? Or do you have it down to a fine art so they all come out like these?

Hey.....I only ever need to take one pic.......
I might take as many as 50 shots of a paticular aircraft.....sometimes bin the lot...
Well, not delete, just keep them for myself, but its the real peachy ones I upload to Anet. I often put some here that are rejects from there, but still pretty good...
These are all rejects...............

Yup...all rejected from Anet for technical reasons, ie quality, composition, grain, etc etc....

You should do more non-aviation shots! Those have a real personality to them.

Great shots John. Do you make a living from this or is it just a hobby/sideline ?
Like the last set of shots. Think I will go and dig out my Canadian brown bear shots. I think I have a few of the Shuttleworth collection from about 20 years ago. Will dig those out too.

Just one hobby of several.....
I've sold a few on Anet, but not enough to retire on...
Love to see some of those Old Warden shots, I've only lived in this area for a few years (born & bred in Southampton), so OW and Duxford are quite new to me.
