just wtached this after picking it up at SRS today and would recommend it. Great transfer and lovely soundtrack (DD). Everything Jeepers CReepers should have been IMO and the disc has an alternate ending which is 29 mins long..so it's 2 movies in one. I'll watch the alternate ending tomorrow night..

For some reason "Roadkill" is the official UK title.

Saw Joy Ride earlier. It's a pretty good film. Clever in its virtual lack of blood and gore but manages to maintain suspense and eew factor. It would've been a lot better if not for the stupid car crush via truck, but the car survives in a road worthy condition stylie!
The guys' voice was chilling in its, this guy isn't quite a full shillingness. The classic sort of Deliverance not so good ol' boy.
I loved the truck engines sounds, and then the mix of the cheerful suicide music kreeping its way ethereally through night fog.

Just finished watching this excellent film, many thanks for the tip-off guys. I actually never realised it was still a pending big screen release in the UK until I saw the trailer the other day at my local cinema (under the Road Kill title). Yeah there was a couple of predictable bits at the beginning, but overall a very enjoyable and very watchable thriller.

And then there is the alternative endings...... WOW! Never before have I seen or heard of such long running alternative scenes or endings, the director must have been one hell of a picky sod!! :) I think I did prefer the ending they chose, but the original was still quite cool. Did anyone notice a lot of noise and hiss on the last deleted scene? I guess it was still in it’s raw state.

PS. The film was also made even better with the first listening of my first ever sub-woofer; my brand new Strata III :)
