Sky Broadband

I've just downloaded the all new Sky by Broadband software but I can't run it. I downloaded the software first, successfully installed it and then updating the Windows Licenses about 6 times... but now finally tells me that I appear to be outside the UK!

I think this is because I am with AOL and often their "ip address" is located in New York. the support team at www.sky-broadband.com (http://www.sky-broadband.com) have told me to contact aol for a different ip address. Does anyone else have the same problem or is just with aol?

I use virgin and mine went straight in work first time flawlessly, i am quite impressed by this service and the picture is as good as sky direct and i download overnight when i am sleeping so no bandwidth worries.
As far as Aol goes i am so glad to be rid of them, this is just typical of the hassles i used to have many moons ago when i didnt know better.
AOL only likes aol compatable stuff, which is limited to aol. if you follow.
