None of these, with the current discs! "Super"bit just means they use a higher data rate for video and audio. Discs seem to have both DD5.1 and DTS5.1, but not the EX/ES variants. But the discs in the future may do.
The list of Ex DVDs is available from http://www.dolby.com - the DTS ones used to be at http://www.dtsonline.com but seems to have gone for now, anyone else seen it??
All the superbit titles are 5.1 Dolby Digital or DTS.
Nothing to stop you using the Surround Back speakers (EX/ES) though. On some films it works well, others not so much.
Current DTS-Discrete 6.1 titles are
The Haunting - R1
Se7en - R1 & R2
Gladiator - R1
Chicken Run - R1
Rush Hour 2 - R1
There are other EX/ES (matrix) titles, do a search on this forum and you should come up with a list.

magking,
don't worry about DD EX & DTS ES.
DTS ES 6.1 Discrete is the only true 6.1 channel.
DOLBY DIGITAL SURROUND EX (aka THX SURROUND EX) & DTS ES 6.1 Matrix are 5.1 channel with matrixed surround back.
As long as your setup has surround back speakers, you receiver/processor can do matrixed 6.1 from 5.1 sources.
Thus, "DD EX" & "DTS ES 6.1 Matrix" titles doesn't mean much.

zcaps57,
Hopefully I won't confuse this anymore, but there is a differences between a DTS5.1 discs and a DTS6.1ES Matrix disc, when using surround back speakers :
DTS5.1 - Your receiver will "invent" the surround back information, based on the real information in the surround L and R rear channels.
DTS6.1ES Matrix - The surround back information is actually on the disc, mixed in (or matrixed in!) the surround L and R rear channels. Here the receiver is not creating anything, just decoding the extra information.

Correct.
still matrix is matrix. another words, extracted delay information from SR & SL.
